I had expected the delivery to be two guys who could carry the product up to my apartment. Turned out it was a FedEx driver who could/would not do it. My apartment door is right at street level and I could not leave the boxes unattended. Some staff from the restaurant across the street were nice enough to bring the boxes up to my apartment. Have had this sofa for nearly 5 years now, and it's actually very stylish and comfy. We condition it once a month, and it's pretty sturdy. I like that the cushions are velcroed on so they don't slide, but be advised that any underside of a cushion is a sort of felt-type material that hangs onto dirt and dog hair.
