The second delivery was great! First time the guys didn’t know that the back comes off the sofa so they couldn’t carry it up the stairs. There was a gap between the cushions and the back of the sofa that was pretty noticeable. The delivery guys called customer service and I was offered a discount or they would return it for another one. I had already taken two days off work to wait for delivery so I accepted the discount.. Delivery was excellent. The design color and function of the sofa was what I expected. It looks great in my house. Sadly the leather was damaged. Wayfair resolved the issues immediately.
