My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026

Love my sectional. I was a little worried when people in the reviews said it was hard. Not hard at all. It was stiff as it is new but it will break in with time. We have had it up a couple of days still loving it. One thing it suggested when it arrives take and open all your sear and back cushions a day or two before you plan on setting it up so they can completely expane.. Marlena. La Porte, TX. First of all, this couch has multiple listings on Wayfair and a competitors site. None of them had any reviews. That made us a bit wary, but it worked out well and it's really a perfect fit in our home for our needs. It has somewhat smaller dimensions for similar sectionals, which we needed, but the size of this couch with all these features... basically doesn't exist elsewhere. So it was quite a find for us. The power outlets work and save us from 1950s electrical in our home. The storage chaise is wonderful and will be used. The sofa bed option will be especially loved for those nights you really just need to stretch your legs out. It is a fairly firm cushioning, but I think that will hold up better over time, and it certainly strikes that balance between supportive and soft. The black chenille is soft. Assembly was pretty easy. Took about two hours with two of us. Came in 5 boxes and did not leave a mountain of Styrofoam for us to deal with (yay!). The instructions were not super detailed, and none of the parts were actually labeled, but it was so straightforward that it didn't matter. We did have to play around with connecting the pieces in different order to make it work, but it was fine. Price was very reasonable for the item and I think we will have it for a long time. I do wish it came in more colors, but I can get over that easily with how many functions the item brings into our living room. Yay! So pleased.. Anonymous. Edmonton, AB. Wed Jul 24 2024

I cannot say enough good things about this sectional! I spent months looking at couches and was extremely hesitant to order one online without sitting on it first. The Brinsley ended up being exactly what I was looking for. The taupe color is absolutely beautiful in person. It’s the perfect warm neutral and works beautifully with the rest of our room. The corduroy fabric is incredibly soft and cozy, and the couch feels substantial without looking bulky. Having a home with pets, I needed something that could be comfortable and livable while still looking beautiful. This checks all of those boxes. I absolutely LOVE my new couch!! I love the versatility to store blankets and additional pillows, how there is hidden seating to make it more relaxing for movie nights!! The only negative comment I have is that there are no brackets on the corner couch piece for the 2 longer sections to connect to. But all in all, this couch came as expected and the added features are just what we were looking for.. Lisa. Dover, NH. Sun Sep 27 2026

The sofa was exactly as advertised. There were a few minor dings in the material, but I’m sure those occurred during transportation, as several of the boxes arrived damaged. You may notice in one of the photos that the console is slightly crooked. This was due to a small hinge pin that had popped out of place during unboxing, but it was an easy fix, and the console now works flawlessly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. 4.5 stars!. Md. Alexandria, VA. Fri Sep 18 2026

Many years on, this is still a great sofa. I have cats, and the fabric may honestly be about the best-case scenario for a cat household. As you can see in my admittedly dirty sofa photo, claws do occasionally pull up little loops, but they can easily be trimmed or pulled out with very little effect on the overall appearance of the fabric. The modular parts have held up extremely well too. We have reconfigured the sofa plenty of times over the years, and all of the hinges and connectors are still solid. The connectors are substantial metal pieces, not little plastic clips, and nothing has loosened up or broken with repeated use. The storage under the seats is still one of my favorite features. There is a surprising amount of room in there, and having storage built into basically every section makes the whole modular design much more useful. After years of regular use, pets, moving pieces around, opening and closing the storage, and generally not babying it, it has held up remarkably well. I would absolutely buy it again.. Skipp. US.
