I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. I adore the sofa. The pictures will never do justice to how big and cozy it is. The seats are Deep, and although it is very slightly low to the ground, it is still pretty comfortable to get in and out of. I’ve convinced my sister in a friend to buy one already. The even when the pillow cushions look a little flat, I just remove them and pop the covers for the seat and the pillows in the washer and it brings a life back. Soft upholstery, but not super comfy. It’s almost stiff when you lay on it, but it’ll probably be more comfy with a couch cover or blanket underneath. This section is also a lot smaller than I expected. I’m 5’1 I can lay down on the extended part of the couch, but if you’re taller than this then you might not fit. I really like this sofa bed overall. It’s the perfect size for two smaller adults to sleep comfortably, and it’s a great option for a small apartment without taking up too much space. The only issue I had is that one of the wheels underneath tends to come loose when pulling the bed out. It seems like that part wasn’t assembled very well. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery.
