The hardest thing was getting the box inside, due to the weight! I did the count & sort & read thru instructions once before starting. As I was doing it by myself, it took me 1 1/2 hours. The pictures were most helpful in where to place what screw, cam, peg & nail. It was tiresome due to the weight of many pieces, but it went well - no do- overs!. Anonymous. Columbus, OH. This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. This bookcase with the drawer is exactly what I was looking for! I love having the drawer to hide some things along with the two open shelves. It is a heavy piece of furniture which is nice.
