Love the new chairs. Slow start to assembling but once we did one the second was half the time. Glad I chose these to replace prior chairs. Wheels do great on the jute rug. I like having the arms. We ordered 4 of these. The chairs look fantastic, but they were sooooo hard to put together. We did them ourselves because if we would have paid for the service it was almost as much as the chairs themselves. We could not get the screws to line up with the holes no matter what. We had some contractors here doing work and they couldn't get them together either. We ended up using our own hardware and screwing them together.. Preeya. Wed Sep 30 2026

The Aliha upholstered back side chair is very elegant and sophisticated, but at the same time has an airy feel to it. I purchased the Aliha with the linen upholstered back and I must say they are beautiful. The chairs arrived as promised on the day specified and without any damage due to how well they are packaged. Everything I need to assemble the chairs was provided which is basically the seat, the seat back, legs and hardware. The instructions were very straightforward and easy to follow and I had no problem putting this together on my own and I am a female, senior citizen. They are very, very sturdy and do not wobble. I did have concerns about the comfort level of the chairs, particularly for shorter people. I’m 5 foot tall and my feet do not dangle. I can sit back in the chairs very comfortably. The seat cushion is a little stiff, but I prefer that rather than sinking into the chair. In my opinion, these chairs look as high-end as much of the furniture I have purchased from high-end furniture shops in the past but at half the cost. I’m impressed!. Debbie. Fort Lawn, SC.
