These chairs are expensive but are very sturdy and extremely well designed and comfortable. My husband wanted backs on our counter stools and I wanted simplicity and this was a good compromise. When they arrived the white color had green undertones so before assembling I painted them the color of our white cabinetry and they are lovely in the kitchen.
