A leg broke on the bed about a year after it was purchased. Wayfair refused to send a replacement leg or allow me to pay for a replacement. Really disappointed with the lack of customer service and the fact that the company doesn't stand by its products. I suppose you get what you pay for, but other value furniture companies offer a more supportive customer service experience. We will be looking elsewhere for affordable furniture in the future..
