I love these tiles!! My mantel had an empty gap that always bothered me. They are easy to work with and cut, I used an angle grinder and it worked great. I did score the tiles with a glass cutter and I also taped the tiles where I needed to grind to. I didn’t want to do too much cutting so I used a peel and stick Moulding to fill in the little gap at the bottom. The photos don’t do it justice, they are very iridescent. I highly recommended them!. These carpet tiles definitely transformed the little foyer in our home! We wanted to cover up the outdated, ugly, ceramic tile flooring that was there previously. So happy with the end result! The colors in the carpet tiles were exactly as described. This type of pattern will be great at hiding all of the foot traffic as well. I will say, it took us a while to get all of the tiles in place (measure twice, cut once definitely comes into play here!). Also, there’s a roll of sticky tape included, but you will probably need to get an additional roll of tape (we did, but it was worth it!). One tip Use a sharp utility knife. Important Notes: Mother of pearl tile is a natural and handcrafted product, we can't guarantee that each tile comes with the same pattern and is perfect. It is reasonable that several chips fall off through transportation, they are easy to reset with glue, such as 3M adhesive. Usually, we have a few replacement chip tiles in the box in incase the corner is broken during the transportation if you buy a box case.
