But they look nice and I’m so glad that we purchased them.. Lee. Highland, MI. Wed Aug 26 2026

This a great awning at this price point, even my electrician son was impressed as he he was expecting troubles. To be fair, it is not easy to install. It took three adult men on ladders to put it up and a great deal of finagling before that. Also, the motor came preassembled so we had no choice about which side it was on which meant extension cords.. Karla. Stafford Springs, CT. Sat Jun 27 2026

I have a very small patio and it gets so much sun I rarely use it. This was a good solution. I did add curtains (with velcro tabs) and some lights. Theres ONE tricky part when assembling, the part where the legs go into the frame have a slight slant, if theyre not in the correct corners, the legs go every which way! I had to take apart and move them, but wasnt bad. Would definitely help if you had 2 people to lift it and move it, but I managed on my own. Awkwardly.. Tracy. US. Sun Jul 26 2026

Fairly easy to install ourselves. Only issue we ran into was some of the plastic tubes were broken, but got replaced quickly. Courtney. MA. Fri Aug 07 2026

We installed about 5 of these around our pool house. They look great. I had to watch the video a couple of times, the machining is not as good as other products. But in the end, it looks great. We just put this together this past weekend so far we love it. It definitely took at least 2 people to put it together fully but I husband did most of the work. The instructions are horrible but thank goodness my husband is handy and can figure it out. Update had this for a few months now. Doesn’t do well with rain. Pools up so we have to constantly use a broom stick to push off. Pretty bummed about it.. Samanth. Dearborn, MI. Sun Sep 20 2026

I like it. Works and looks great. My only issue was the expansion bolts to mount it are for solid brick walls, not 2 inch stucco on a building. Ill have to go to the hardware store to get different materials to mount correctly.. David. Long Beach, CA. Sun Jun 09 2024
