The parts were packaged very well, with everything either wrapped or boxed. The metal roofing panels were stacked, strapped together, and wrapped again, although removing them from the packaging could potentially cause damage. My initial impression is that the metal components appear sturdy, but I have some concerns about the quality and durability of the wood components, particularly the upper frame pieces and posts. I’m not yet convinced the wood will hold up well to long-term outdoor weather exposure. The product specifications mention a 300-pound snow load, but based on my initial impression, I have some doubts about whether the structure will perform as advertised. That said, I’ve been surprised before. I initially had concerns about the durability of a similar frame I own, and it has held up well. Only time will tell how this one performs.. Shannon. Edina, MN.
