So far so good. Received sooner than expected and was easy to set up. It is a nice massage too, the lower back is stronger but I expected that. The chair is very nice and the quality seems to be good also. For me, the massage feature is just a little bit too intense on my back. I really liked the zero gravity feature. . This is a great little washer. The process is tedious having to start and manually switch between steps but the spin dryer is great. You can tell it gets most of the water out by how light the clothes come out of the spin dryer. Even with the summer humidity, everything has finished air drying overnight - not something that was guaranteed with my full sized washer. It holds more laundry than I expected. So far each load has been just enough to fit on my drying rack. I think it'll fit the queen sized sheets but not the quilt or comforter. Like other reviewers, I've been using my detachable showerhead to fill the washing tub so I can't say if the provided tubing works. The built in lint trap has not been trapping lint so I've used a mesh drain catcher and that's been working fine. This washing machine is very easy to operate via its touch control panel. Heavy, Soft, Normal, Rapid and Soak programs, you are allowed to quickly start the machine as you need. You can customize washing program by selecting load size, adding additional wash time, rinse time and spin time as well.

Smaller than I expected but it gets the job done we have 7 people in our house which produces about 16.5 pounds of laundry weekly gets the job done in 1 and a half loads. Many people have reported flooding from this product but it is because they lave the faucet on full water leaving it alone but the machine has a valve inside that accepts water at times when need which you just turn on the faucet. The machine is able to dry the clothes about 95 which is about the same my local laundromat dries. this is way more cost effective than having to pay 7.70 per machine which we use two of at the laundromat. when it is done i just hang it up which dries in one day.
