I was nervous purchasing a couch online as I have never purchased furniture through a website before. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I’m beyond happy to say that this was a great experience. The packaging was nice, directions were easy to read and the assembly went smoothly. The couch is everything I wanted and more. The storage compartment is way bigger than I expected and the pull out is quite easy and smooth. The couch is of good quality and most of the covers are washable which is a big plus since I have a dog. The couch came in 3 separate pieces and I love that they attach together securely. The couch is made to be able to switch the storage compartment and the pull out if your living room is set up a different way which is good since if I move I would just need to reattach the pieces in a different order. It also has the option of adding another seat if I need more room in the future so I feel like that is a bonus. I would easily recommend this product. It is everything I wanted and it is super comfortable. I can’t wait for my family to enjoy our weekend movie nights on this sofa! Thanks!!!. Cheyenne Daniel. Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Sun Oct 18 2026

Designed with practicality in mind, this sleeper sofa includes smart features like a built-in side table, USB/Type-C charging ports, and adjustable LED mood lighting—all integrated into the armrests. With a multi-position reclining backrest, tool-free assembly, and a matching storage ottoman, the WEUP sectional delivers both luxury and function for everyday living.

Great sectional, very comfortable. Love the slide out bed and lift storage. It came highly compressed into the boxes with the cushions being vacuumed to save space. They plumped up immediately after I cut them out. Fabric is soft and looks pretty durable. The reclining back was a nice touch. They work like an old patio lawn chair. Click it forward for different positions and then all the way forward to reset it back. The size was almost exactly what I was looking for. Not too many options in the medium sized sectional department. Mike. Mesa. Sun Jul 12 2026

I received 3 out of 4 packages completely fine, the 4th package came in broken , the couch overall is pretty easy to assemble and good quality. The couch is on the firmer side I do wish it was a little softer. Edward Jones. Feeding Hills. Thu Oct 15 2026

The medium-firm seating cushions are generously padded with high-density foam and supported by sinuous springs for excellent support, while the back cushions ensure lasting comfort. Three matching back cushions complete the set, adding a cozy finishing touch.

Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option. I’d definitely recommend it!. Madison. Mon Jul 27 2026

They were so, so nice. But I must have missed the branding on these (belffin), so they were not compatible with my sofa. They were so soft and plush. I did ultimately return them to my local wayfair outlet store. Stacia. Sumter, SC. Mon May 18 2026

I love the final look of this couch! The seat cushions are very supportive, the perfect mix of firm and soft. All of the pictured covers are removable and machine washable, except the bottom half of the back rest that is zipped. It’s a part of a piece that must be spot cleaned. Only complaint - didn’t realize the seat cushions for the back rest were packaged in the armrest. One person can assemble this in roughly 2 hours.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026

Family and kitty approved. I can’t believe they shipped this in a box. But I guess if they can ship memory foam mattresses in a box taking ship couches in a box. This is supposed to be part of like an L shaped foam couch. But I got the one side open box for a great deal and paired it with an oversized foam. She also bought from Wayfair. The area rug was also a great deal on Wayfair and realties them together. I highly recommend it’s comfortable and stylish and I really like the fabric.. Elizabeth. Chesapeake, VA. Thu Sep 03 2026

I thought I was getting the 7 seater instead it’s 5 seater although it’s very comfortable once u break it in. Building the pull out portion the labeling was wrong right and left had to be switched. Other than that it’s cute. The measurements were perfect.I would note that the pullout legs are easily bendndable so be careful moving it just be sure to lift not drag. Pillows could be thinker maybe. Quality of fabric is spot. I’ve been sleeping on here the last 3 nights while I wait for my bed, it’s more on the firm side. Small gap between the pull out and the other couch so be sure to not drop ur phone retrieving it is a little hard. Storage is heavy duty and I love the side pockets. Like I said I wish there was option to choose between three 5 seater or 7 seater because I didn’t realize till the very end that I got the 5 seater. Now to find a a little table lol best of luck, God bless . Kw. Sun Aug 02 2026

For best results, allow seat cushions 48 hours to expand to 80% fullness and about one week to fully reshape. We recommend adding a blanket or mattress topper for enhanced sleeping comfort. Arrives in multiple boxes for safe and convenient shipping

This couch is amazing! Very comfortable and and sturdy. I am 5’ 5” and the cushions reach the back of my knees. There is ample storage space assembly. The directions were missing the specific instructions for doing this configuration but other than that, we were able to put the pieces of the couch together and figure out how to click them together... I wish that the Wayfair website had allowed me to buy one of the other options offered with this particular sectional as I would have gotten the option that had one more seat section instead. That said this is a small sectional that works for a small living room (seats 4 people). It is comfortable and looks nice. Since I am an older person I took advantage of having a Wayfair associate assemble this sectional. The young man who came was wonderful and did an excellent job of putting the sectional together although he did have a hard time aligning the sections to each other. I would definitely recommend this sectional for someone who has a small space and a limited budget.. Pat. Bridgeton, NJ. Thu Oct 01 2026
