I was surprised at how much I liked this couch, given the cheaper price. The green is a beautiful olive color and the texture makes it look more high end. The pieces are pretty neat, instead of floppy looking which helps give it a more modern stream-lined look. I love that there are so many different pieces you can play around with for the configuration. The pieces are a bit on the firmer side. The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. Pros For the price it’s a good value. Great for a petite space. Nice soft fabric in a universal cream color. Cons The chaise isn’t that long. The piping on the back cushions is wavy. I really like this sofa bed overall. It’s the perfect size for two smaller adults to sleep comfortably, and it’s a great option for a small apartment without taking up too much space. I love the color of this couch. It’s what I was thinking. Assembly was pretty easy. It came in three huge boxes that were pretty heavy. It was mostly just putting the feet on them. I was doing it by myself and found it was easier to connect the pieces together with someone else as they are very heavy. As far as comfort, the couch could use some work in that department. It’s very stiff. We’ve only had it a few days so it might just need to be broken in. But as of right now it’s pretty hard to sit on. The lay down feature is very nice and great to watch movie and spread out. My husband is 5’10 and he’s too tall for it. I’m 5’5 and it’s just about the right height for me. When the portion is not out, it’s not super comfy to just sit and watch tv. I think it’s good for the price point and because it’s just the two of us. This would not work for a large family. My significant other is still trying to figure out how to put this together, somehow he did this with it (see image) and currently it’s a chair instead of a storage loveseat. The fabric is really soft and the pillows are quite fluffy. They come very flat and take a several days to fully puff up. Hopefully he’ll figure out the full secret to assembly success and I’ll be able to report back with the loveseat reveal. It does make a nice chair so far.
