So far so good. Sofa works well and gives lots of support for back, neck, legs, etc. We like the various settings for foot/leg and back/neck rests. It comes in 6 boxes and some are monsters. Recommend using the Wayfair installer for the average homeowner.. Debra. Hilton Head Island, SC. Sat Oct 03 2026

Experience laid-back luxury with the Phillipsburg Power Reclining Sectional, where traditional comfort meets modern design. Wrapped in soft, lush velvet upholstery—its plush, velvety texture invites instant relaxation, while the dense weave retains shape beautifully (even with regular use) and adds a subtle elegant sheen. The sleek, minimalistic lines and this sumptuous velvet create a polished, inviting look that's perfect for any space, balancing coziness with sophistication. Premium high-density foam and fiber fill the deep seats, thick arms, and cushioned backrest, making every lean or lounge feel indulgently supportive—enhanced by the velvet’s gentle, warm touch. Built for durability, the sectional features a kiln-dried solid and engineered wood frame with mortise-and-tenon joints, designed to uphold the velvet’s lush appearance for years. With just the push of a button, the power reclining seats let you find your ideal position for everything from chatting and watching movies to reading or napping. Whether you're hosting guests or enjoying some downtime, this sectional’s combination of velvet luxury, style and comfort will quickly make it your go-to spot to unwind. This style is also available in premium genuine leather for a sleek, durable alternative.

Update: Unfortunately, we were sent the same incorrect power cord for the reclining chairs. My husband did end up finding one online that worked. I will upgrade my stars to 4 because it is working correctly. Would have given this 5 stars if the issue was resolved through wayfair, instead of on our own. Not working completely. All the major parts came in and this wasn't hard to put together. I am not 100% liking the velvet material and hoping it won't stain easily. This is larger in dimensions than our previous couch. Not as plush, but longer and taller. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the connectors for the armless chair (center) and the left arm chair. Working with customer service to resolve the issue. Disappointed that the corner piece and additional pieces are no longer available to purchase anywhere. Reserving my recommendations once the connection for the left arm chair is resolved.. Teresa. This is the perfect sofa and should last for years. I did a ton of research before spending this much money on a product I have never seen. It absolutely is as well built as it is advertised and you will not find any comparably priced sofas that are as good a quality as this. Flexsteel names it “Dutch” if you are trying to find information about it on their website or wanting to see it in person at an authorized dealer. It is only 91 inches long but ways 297lbs. If you need to move it you definitely need help as it is solid. The color is more beautiful in person, I was very happy when it was delivered. Also delivery was 10 days ahead of schedule with less than 24 hours notice they can deliver it. The delivery team set it up,and cleaned up. They were wonderful, I could not have donee it by myself.. Note: Each power recliner is equipped with a wireless remote for independent recline control, with backup control buttons underneath the seat. I’m really happy with this recliner. The color is even better in person—it has a rich tone that doesn’t fully come through in photos, which was a nice surprise. It does take a few hours for the cushions to fully fluff and settle after setup, so don’t judge it right out of the box. Once it expands, it’s super comfortable and looks much more structured. One of my favorite features is the dual remotes for dual reclining—such a convenient touch, especially if you’re sharing the space or just want more control over your comfort. Overall, great piece, comfortable, and looks good once it’s fully set. Just give it a little time to come to life!. Jasmine. US. Wed Apr 29 2026

This is one of the most comfortable sofas I’ve ever had. 2 out of 3 seats recline. It’s really pretty ivory color. My only concern is that it might get dirty pretty fast with little kids in the house. Probably seat covers would be a good idea. Was the easiest to put together. Literally you just snap on the top pillows and it’s done. The delivery was also amazing they brought it to the living room and it was heavy so one less thing for us to do.. Malgorzata. Dunedin, FL.
