Customers find this product to be very comfortable and well-made, with a beautiful appearance. The reclining feature is frequently praised, and some appreciate the added convenience of a charging port. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the color, with some finding it darker or more gray than expected based on online photos. While the quality is generally considered top-notch, a few reviewers noted that the recliners do not recline as far back as desired.
