Alton Furniture Bed

We love a tufted Upholstered bed as it gives the illusion of space to a small room or one with a low ceiling. This one fuses modern elements with traditional style and just may be the piece you design your bedroom around. It is made from a blend of engineered wood and steel and showcases a button-tufted upholstered panel headboard wrapped in foam and 100% linen. The surround is also upholstered for a tailored look. A system of slats and legs eliminates the need for a box spring – just top it with the mattress of your choice (not included). Another plus: There is room underneath this bed for a storage bin or two.

Absolutely love this bed, the color, everything. Anonymous. Sat Oct 10 2026

The sturdy solid wood construction ensures long-lasting support, while the gently curved, upholstered headboard adds a cozy and sophisticated touch. Whether your style is modern, minimalist, or mid-century inspired, this bed frame makes a stunning statement in any space.

This is a great deal. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the headboard feels a little less sturdy of a connection than it could be. But it’s beautiful and can fit a lot of home designs. Good clearance under the bed for storing things.. Brooke. San Diego, CA. Thu Oct 15 2026

Elevate your bedroom with this stylish bed that blends timeless design with modern comfort. The solid wood frame, finished in a warm wood tone, is built to last and showcases clean, rounded legs for a contemporary touch. At the head of the bed, a curved wood-framed headboard wrapped in soft cream boucle fabric creates an inviting focal point—perfect for reading, relaxing, or simply adding a cozy layer of texture to your space. With a durable slatted base for mattress support, this bed combines beauty, comfort, and everyday functionality.

Love the bed design. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars due to one bed slat had a crack which was filled with a caulk substance. I was assured by Wayfair it has no impact on the sturdiness of the platform bed. I purchased a 12” deep mattress which is the perfect depth for this bed. My 18 yr old grandson loves his bedroom designed just for him. Would choose this bed again to purchase. Very happy with it.. Lynn. Erlanger, KY. Sun Oct 04 2026

Blending Scandinavian simplicity with Japanese serenity, this Japandi-inspired platform bed elevates your bedroom with timeless natural beauty. Size Purchased: California King Overall very content with this purchase. I live alone so assembly was a bit difficult but I managed by myself (6'4" dude), but for most buyers I'd imagine it would take two people to handle it. During assembly very important to leave bolts at joints loose so that they can be wiggled into tight fighting place at final stages. Prior to laying down the mattress on top, the smaller composite wood legs in the middle of the frame did not touch flush with the ground. However, with laying down the mattress and lying on it they support the weight and the frame feels sturdy/doesn't wobble. The design is simple and sophisticated, and I will update this review at a later date after using the bed for a year or so. Highly recommend!. Anders. Los Angeles, CA. Thu Jul 09 2026

First time online bed buyer and super happy with my purchase! In the midst of a bedroom remodel. Got king size in natural, arrived next day, no damage, had all parts, didn't take too long for two people to put together - appx 30 min; however, I think the spacers weren't the correct size because we ended up with two slats that weren't accounted for at the end, but we just respaced slightly and it was fine. I really appreciated the velcro for the slats so they don't move around when spacing - someone thought that through! You will also need a drill to screw in the slats. Headboard and footboard are not completely solid, but sturdy and the height is good for us. Also, purchased the Stearns and Foster Lux Estate Mattress and it fit perfectly. Happy customer - thanks Wayfair!. Germaine. Dexter, MI. Tue Aug 25 2026
