This bed is gorgeous. I am used to high end furniture and was very reluctant to purchase. I am in love. Also important to note, it has worked with my pricy adjustable bed, even though it might not be intended for that. The fabric is beautiful and high end with dimension and interest. It has variety to the threading so can pull in multiple directions to match linens or paint etc. Also, the fabric texture will avoid stains and marks due to its variety and composition. The only detractor from this purchase is WAYFAIR itself. Their website can't differentiate Queen to King. Their email system of communication was non-existent if not confusing. And the delivery date missed. Now as for the Product, this is a good item - but that has more to do with the Manufacturer, than Wayfair. Luxurious, nice curves, low profile. The height of your mattress is an issue, get the bed first, and then adjust with the correct box spring from there. Oh - and Wayfair did allow an earlier delivery time, than other sellers, so that is a positive. PS - I hate the bate switch offer for 10% discount, when it doesn't apply to repeat customers. I was worried it was going to look cheap but looks very expensive and I love the calm feeling it brings to my bedroom. Josh & Main king bed. I don't trust this company. The bed was deliverd damaged. The box had no damage. I have heard from friends who have the bed that their beds came damaged in the same place on the headboard. It is obviously the way it is packaged. I ordered a new replacement headboard hoping it wouldn't come in damaged and a few days later, they canceled the order and said it is on back order. Who knows how long that will take and I don't trust them to make this right. I called and they gave me all kinds of awful options: They would send me return instructions meaning I had to take down the bed, box it up, and return it myself which is ridiculous and I said no; to keep the bed and they would give me a partial refund and I said no. I finally was very upset and demanded they come get the bed for free and refund my order. They said that they would put in that order which means that had been an option the whole time and I had to argue to get to that offer. I had paid for delivery, set up and the 3 year warranty on the bed. I will never order from Josh & Main and I am very skepticle about ordering from Wayfair as they told me I had to deal with the manufacturer on this broken bed and it ended up taking two weeks with many emails to finally get back to Wayfair who then helped me and made it difficult. I absolutely love this bed! I was a little nervous ordering something like this online because cream and wood tones can look so different in person, but the colors are honestly perfection. The bouclé is the perfect creamy white. It’s not stark white but it also doesn’t pull yellow or beige. It’s just a really beautiful soft cream that looks so much more expensive in person. The wood was another thing I was really hoping would look like the photos and it does. It has that slightly grayish white oak tone that I love without looking washed out or overly gray. The combination of the cream upholstery and lighter wood is gorgeous. Assembly was also surprisingly easy. The instructions were clear and everything went together without any confusion or issues. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase. The bed feels substantial and looks very high-end once it’s put together.
