Great storage system for small closets! We were originally trying to find a short dressed to fit in this shallow closet but this was a way better solution and much better use of vertical space. It was a lot sturdier and heavier than we had imagined which was a nice surprise. We had bought the add on top shelf to extend the upper shelf space but realized our closet wasn’t tall enough to accommodate it which is fine and now we have this small hidden storage spot on top. It’s nice that they offer the add ons but we will be returning the extra shelf since we can’t use it. This was also a great price on sale compared to other closet storage options.. Sydney. The drawer slides are a one roller front and one roller rear and while they work, they are noisy, a little rough, and when the drawer is pulled out, the drawers make a good thump when it hits the stops. I thought I knew my measurements before I ordered this closet organizer and it turns out it is a little big for the closet. And once its assembled, what are you going to do? We will make it work.. Pretty sturdy piece! I combined it with the corner shelving unit and rearranged the rods & shelves to fit my closet. It is definitely solid and I like that the pieces don't really dent or scratch. Great storage system for small closets! We were originally trying to find a short dressed to fit in this shallow closet but this was a way better solution and much better use of vertical space. It was a lot sturdier and heavier than we had imagined which was a nice surprise. We had bought the add on top shelf to extend the upper shelf space but realized our closet wasn’t tall enough to accommodate it which is fine and now we have this small hidden storage spot on top. It’s nice that they offer the add ons but we will be returning the extra shelf since we can’t use it. This was also a great price on sale compared to other closet storage options.. Sydney. Four stars for the unit, but 2 stars for Angi. This unit seems to be very well made. It seems very sturdy and the pieces are quite heavy. I bought this in chestnut and I like the color. I would advise anyone considering the professional assembly to truly understand the complexity of the installation if it needs to be cut to size. Angi grossly underestimated the amount of time involved. The tradesman has to cut the wooden shelves and the metal bars to fit. All the drawers need to be assembled, and the glides attached. The entire unit needs to be attached to studs (preferably) and/or anchored into the wall. And of course it needs to be leveled. I was allotted two hours to complete the job, which is ridiculous. When I contacted Wayfair, they did reschedule Angi to finish the job, but what a fiasco. You will save a huge amount by doing this, but it was very inconvenient to say the least.. Karen. MD.
