This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. Fantastic purchase overall — sturdy, modern, and genuinely functional. It's really pretty in person — the blue is exactly as pictured — and I honestly couldn't be happier with it. The vertical silhouette helps maximize storage space without overtaking your floor plan, providing multiple tiers to display books and decorative favorites. Slatted shelves give it a breezy, light look that blends seamlessly with your existing furniture. Plus, the open design makes it easy to access your stored items from both the front and sides.

Beautiful bookcase. Works perfectly for our space. My only complaint is that the cam locks that hold in the top are horribly engineered. Cam locks only work when they're tightly engineered to grip the peg. Ours didn't grip the peg at all, and the top is still loose! It doesn't really affect the structural integrity of the shelf since it just holds the top shelf, but still. There's no reason why the top couldn't have been fastened via machine bolts going through the top into the end grain of the vertical segments.. Marco. Ithaca, New York. Wed Oct 21 2026

With clean lines and a mixed-material design, this bookcase is beautiful in its simplicity. It’s made from a metal frame with a black finish and has five full shelves made from sustainably-sourced sheesham wood. Plus, it comes with adjustable levels to keep it perfectly in place, as well as a tip-over-restraint device for safety. Bonus: It arrives fully assembled for fuss-free installation.

Lightweight but heavy-duty, the rack is easy to assemble and stays stable in daily use. Boasting a wide, substantial silhouette without bulky bulk, it delivers delicate texture with simple minimalist styling, perfectly fitting living rooms, offices and any interior space.

This book shelf was easy to construct. It took one person approximately an hour to assemble. The instructions were clear and simple to follow. All of the hardware and tools were included. We chose to not put the backing on it because we like the brick aesthetic of the hearth. It is sturdy and would hold up with all the shelves filled. We recommend this product. Debbie.
