We had a problem with one piece being broken but Wayfair and the maker of the bed sent a replacement. We only waited a few days. The bed is very nice. My only problem with the bed is that it says to buy a 8” or 12” mattress for the trundle. We purchased the 8” and we are unable to push the trundle back under the bed. I love this bed. I love how beautiful it is. I love that is low to the ground. Extra storage and another mattress is such a game changer for guests. I would not recommend this bed. The assembly was much more difficult than expected because several pilot holes were missing or improperly drilled, making it frustrating to put together. The design is also poor—there isnt enough clearance to properly use the included Allen wrench, so many screws could only be turned about a quarter turn at a time. What should have taken a couple of hours turned into a long, frustrating project. While the bed looks nice once assembled, the poor engineering and quality control make it not worth the hassle.
