Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option. Im genuinely surprised at the quality of this couch! It didnt have a lot of reviews so I took a shot. I have an extremely small space so had to have a sectional, floor vents in an old house so had to be raised, and cats and dogs so had to have removable cushion covers to wash. This left me pretty narrow on options but this couch works with all my criteria. The white is also a nice beige so it doesnt look sterile and I dont have to worry about obvious animal hair between vacuuming. Everyone who has seen it says it looks nice and both my bf and I find it very comfortable compared to my last loveseat with foam cushions. Were both tall and can stretch out on each portion of the couch. Its also fairly deep so I can nap on it without feeling like Im falling off. For the price Id say its worth it. Only complaint is it did feel cheap unboxing (couch comes in 3 boxes that may not be delivered at the same time) and one of the back sectionals is a little misaligned with the other backings. I really like this sofa bed overall. It’s the perfect size for two smaller adults to sleep comfortably, and it’s a great option for a small apartment without taking up too much space. I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. I've had this chaise/sectional going on two years now. For the most part, it has held up pretty well and looks good in my apartment. However, the MAJOR issue I have with the product is it's advertised as being faux leather. But when it arrived, the material was definitely not faux leather--but more like a faux suede. I specifically wanted a leather-like material because suede material is more delicate than leather and requires a lot to keep clean, especially during times of high use. That said, I decided to keep it anyway, because it does look good and I didn't feel like going through the process to send it back. It is easy to clean, though, when there is a spill or dirt gets on it. Spills and dirt do come out completely without leaving a stain. I use a rag and fabric cleaner. But the caveat to consider is I'm rather religious about cleaning it as soon as any spills and whatnot get on it. Plus, I don't have any kids or pets.
