The machine is hefty and large and well put together. It came undamaged and I was excited to open and use it, however, it hasn't made anything hot yet and the coffee is weak. The 1.6L (54oz) water tank and 275g (9.7oz) bean hopper results in being able to quickly make several cups without constantly filling the machine. The coffee machine quietly finishes my coffee and I mix my heated Oat milk into the cup, sitting down to yet another perfect blend. Clean-up is equally as easy, the dishwasher proof components can quickly be disassembled and the filter is good for up to 5,000 cups before needing to be replaced. The ability to have such an easy experience without sacrificing quality means the only issue I'm having is wanting to make cup after cup! The 4-cup espresso and cappuccino machine uses a steam/boiler to quickly heat water until steam is produced. The steam creates pressure to force the water into the filter holder and through the coffee grounds to brew the espresso directly into the glass carafe. When the espresso has reached the bottom line marking on the glass carafe, you can stop the brewing and switch to frothing milk. When you finish frothing, turn the selector switch back to the coffee brewing position. The powerful steam/boiler reduces warm-up time to less than 2 minutes, producing 2 to 4 cappuccinos or lattes in less than 5 minutes.
