[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure what I was expecting from this machine but I was pleasantly surprised! It came packaged safely and nicely and when I pulled it out of the package I was excited because it was more compact than I thought it would be. Easily assembled and the water tank is in the back which is helpful that it's built into the machine and not a separate piece sticking out. It has a touch screen and has many customizable functions, grinds the beans and it was very impressive and made great espresso. Would recommend for a decently priced machine.. Midgetwarrior7. USA. I’ve had this machine for about a month and absolutely love it. If you take the time to read the manual, you’ll discover that the level of customization is exceptional from temperature to bean grind to milk froth and more. I love that I can press a button to empty out the beans and grounds so when I want a decaf in the evenings I don’t get caffeinated grounds mixed in. I love that I can stop the milk or the espresso at any point during the brew to get just the right amount of my choosing. The self-cleaning features are great and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I bought two extra hoppers so we can just pop in different flavors easily. Very happy customer. Here’s hoping the longevity is great!. Jen. Raleigh, NC. Tue Sep 29 2026
