I’m very pleased with this iced tea maker so far. Even though the pitcher is glass, it is surprisingly lightweight and easy to lift. It also brews the tea fairly quickly. I don’t like my tea too strong, so I really like that you can adjust the strength to your preference. My previous iced tea maker had a plastic pitcher that cracked in several places, so I decided to replace it with one that has a glass pitcher. I’m glad I made the switch. ** UPDATE** this coffee maker broke after a couple of weeks of daily use. I emailed the customer service email address that was provided by the company in the booklet it came with and they have ignored me. I’m really frustrated. It only dispenses about 2 ounces of coffee. You have to open and close it and reset it 3-4 times to get 2 more ounces each time. Also, when you open it, it sprays hot water on you which is dangerous. I tried all the troubleshooting tips the booklet suggested and now the company is ghosting my email. If I got a defective unit they should be happy to send a replacement but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this coffee maker or anything else from this brand. ** I’m really liking this coffee maker so far! My old one was big and bulky and I only drink one cup of coffee a day so I needing something smaller and simpler. I love how this one has the option of filling the pod with ground coffee or using pods that you buy already filled. It is really a nice machine. I did find the ice to be on the smaller side and wanted to return it. But it really keeps my water cold. I use it in my waterbottle and I still have ice left after drinking it. So with all the great features...lights up automatically, constant ice replenishment, ice cold drinks... we decided the smaller ice was fine. I just prefer a bit bigger pieces for iced coffee. This is an absolutely incredible budget espresso machine that is astonishingly well priced. The espresso comes out great. I use a setting of 10 microns on my burr grinder with the dual filter and it works nicely. The machine didn’t like when I set it to 5 microns or less. Comes with a lovely portafilter. I’m really happy with this espresso machine! I’ve been using it at home and honestly love it. It’s simple to use, heats up pretty quickly, and the coffee comes out really good with a nice crema on top. I also love the steam wand because I can froth my milk and make lattes at home. It took me a little practice to get the hang of it, but once I did, it was pretty easy. Another plus is how nice it looks on my counter. It has a clean, modern look without being too big or taking up a ton of space. It also feels sturdy and well made. So far, I have no complaints. I actually look forward to making my coffee in the morning now instead of buying it out.
