This toilet brings us into this century. Our old clunky 1980s one started leaking and it was toast. The tank also touched the wall which was not good for cleaningcondensation. This has a smaller tank but is higher from the floor for a comfortable and easier-to-reach seat, especially for a taller or older person. Push button means I can’t store a basket of TP and spray on the back, but I’ll come up with something. Of course the prior owners didn’t paint behind the tank so I also had to repaint the whole bathroom before replacing the toilet….but hey, bathroom makeover. I looked long and hard for a duct cover that would hide the off center ducting I had because of a new range installation. I need something large enough to span the ducting and create the illusion of being on center if the new 36” range. The cover is heavier gauge stainless steel, thinking it is at least 18 gauge. It will not dent easily and looks like a professional, quality range hood. I have to figure out how to attach it as it is made specifically for Zephyr brand range hoods and came with no additional mounting hardware.
