Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts.
