Assembling the roof canopy after the frame was fully erected proved to be cumbersome. Highly recommend using a four-step ladder or 6 ft ladder. I was able to assemble alone. It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. We just had 3 or 4 of us at a time unwrapping them. I am optimistic that it will last a long time. I received the 2 packages, everything seems to be there except all the screws to assemble it. I contacted you about this problem and was asked to send pictures of missing parts, and box they were in. are you kidding me what a bunch of idiots. all I wanted was the screws and nuts and washers. guess I'll go buy them myself alot less hassle.
