Unfortunately, these lights don’t work in my house. They are made for new construction and in order to make them work in an older house. You have to retrofit the light fixture, which would cost more money than it’s worth. They are not made to go right into an existing light fixture. You will need to order the springs from the company for them to work unless you have newer construction they won’t work. That being said, they seem like good quality. This chandelier design is perfect for our home’s mid century craftsman architecture. I was so excited to install it. But. I forgot to check the light bulbs. The bulbs that go with this fixture are hideous LED arrays in a cool color. They are somewhat shielded by the glass. There’s a halogen option but the halogen wattage load is more than our wiring can manage with the 9 lights. Overall the design is really pretty and for the price this is a great chandelier.
