This is a really nice track lighting kit with standard installation and a familiar rail design. The track mounts easily, and the heads clip in and twist, which makes placement anywhere along the rail simple. Everything fits together cleanly and feels well made right out of the box. This commercial grade downlight is ideal for new construction when specified with a 4" x 2 1/8" square or octagonal J box. It is also conveniently UL Listed for wet conditions only indoor wet locations such as above a shower. For exterior they would need to be installed in damp location such as a covered porch, soffit, etc.. A place where the fixtures would not receive direct saturation.

Honestly I haven’t had the chance to install this yet but I have several friends that have used these before and it didn’t seem to be difficult. Using this timer, we did a retrofit to enable our new front porch chandelier to be an automatic dusk to dawn light. It was easy to switch out the existing light switch inside our house with this timer. Although the lettering is quite small, it isn't difficult to program or operate.
