I like the size of the lamp. It has a smaller footprint and doesn’t take up a lot of room on the end table. I especially like the on/off touch switch at the base of the lamp. The USB port at the base of the lamp is a convenient feature as well. What I don’t like about it, and the reason I gave it a 4, is the lampshade. The shade seems to mute the light coming from the bulb. The light has a yellowish dull glow not very conducive for reading. I purchased 2 of these lights for the nightstands in our bedroom. They are of very high quality and are exactly what we were looking for. We love the brightness and color temperature settings, as we use them for reading. The big selling point for us was the 26.5" long gooseneck arm. It is long enough to reach over the reading material and can be twisted into any position. Even when fully extended, the arm does not tip the light over due to the weighted base.
