I didnt even bother trying to install these. The rope steps are very long protruding from the wall. The hammocks seem to be just as long, so I am returning them. Super cute! My cats love to chase lizards in the window and this works perfectly. I have four cats and they all love "killing" the dangly puff ball. The inside has the same faux fur as the outside.
