Since I needed it urgently, I went with Wayfair again based on my previous good experiences, hoping for fast delivery. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon, and it arrived right around noon today (Monday). The delivery was smooth and remembering how well all my previous Wayfair orders were delivered, I really want to thank everyone involved, including the supplier. I set up the machine today and tested it out—it works perfectly and is just as easy and convenient to use as my old one. This also reminds me of a past order (mostly furniture back then) where I had to return an item because it wasn't quite what I expected. It had the largest blade diameter which is what I was looking for, Ive always wanted to buy deli meat in bulk and then slice it myself, Roast Beef is 13.99 a pound at my local store.. I bought a whole roast beef for 6 dollars a pound, at a restaurant supply store, sliced it myself and got the thickness I wanted. The range of thickness is such a bonus, I love that it has a dial, Im shaving my roast beef but Im slicing my Turkey breast thicker for hot Turkey sandwiches! This slicer has cut through every single cut of meat that I have tried like it was butter! I work this slicer hard and it does not feel like it is struggling at all, the motor is fantastic. I was a little concerned about the amount of cleanup but this thing cleaned up in under 2 minutes. It arrived undamaged it took about 3 minutes to assemble, and the shipping was fast and free..
