We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower. ThermaLink adapts to a building’s changing climate demands, offering full control of a heat pump’s heating and cooling functions while supporting reliable backup from existing line-voltage electric heaters. It allows buildings with existing electric heaters to upgrade to a heat pump system, retaining the original heaters as backup. It meets State Energy Code requirements by using automatic controls that only activate emergency electric heat if the heat pump cannot maintain the desired temperature. The standard kit includes a 7-day programmable thermostat, a 120/240V 20A electric heat relay, and a 24V HVAC relay. Optional wireless RF sensors can detect when someone is in the room or if a door or window is left open and adjust the temperature automatically. An outdoor sensor can be added to limit electric heat use when the heat pump can meet demand, and enable it when outdoor temperatures fall below the heat pump’s effective range. Plus, multiple rooms can connect to a wireless master switch, letting you adjust the whole building with one button.

DTV+ actually works great, make sure your installer(plumber and electrician read the installation requirements before install. My outlet is a dedicated circuit and running our system with the 6 valve mod., water pressure is set @60psi running an overhead rain shower, 2 separate his/hers wall mounted shower, his/hers separate body sprayers and 1 hand held.
