We had 2 of these installed. The control panel became unattached on the first one and Wayfair sent us another range hood. I thought the first hood was pretty loud, but did an ok (just ok) job sucking smoke from the kitchen. But with the second hood, the installer noticed that the intake piece that is supposed to open when the hood was on has only half opening, which was causing the hood to be very loud. These are great lights. The adjustable feature for color temperature works very well, and the lights themselves seem to be of good quality.
