The vanity arrived in two boxes - one had the sink and the other had the wooden cabinet. There was some damage to the cabinet after we unpacked it - it appeared that it may’ve been dropped on one side during shipping and that created some damage with the pre-hung door rail. I’m handy so repaired it but can see that someone else may have needed to through the hassle of returning the item. No tools were required for assembly and the process wasn’t too difficult (and one-man job, in fact). I did have one problem though - one inset nut was recessed too far for the indicated bolt.
