This corner unit is fantastic! My only criticism is that the instructions are absolutely terrible! It took a lot of troubleshooting with my contractor to make it work. It also requires a very strong pull to open it. It closes back very quickly with little effort, but definitely takes some effort on the pull. I had a few problems installing. The swing out arm would get stuck while swinging out. I had to add a slat of wood where the mounting bracket attached to the cabinet.
