[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This Lotus Multi-Function Cooker and Dutch oven is a beast of a kitchen tool. It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. I usually don’t write product reviews, but I had to share my experience with this inflatable tent. After a long day of unpacking and setting everything up, I accidentally forgot to loosen the Velcro that was holding my heavy-duty indooroutdoor extension cord tightly wrapped. Because the cord remained coiled during use, it overheated and melted the rubber casing inside the tent. It became so hot that the power shut off due to heat overload, and a cloud of smoke filled the tent. A duffel bag sitting nearby even picked up some melted orange rubber from the cord, and the heat was intense enough to melt the tarp underneath the tent. Despite all that, the tent itself did not suffer any significant damage, which honestly impressed me. I’ll do my best to include photos of everything. Overall, this is an excellent product. It truly functions as a four-season hot tent and does an amazing job retaining heat. I’m definitely not suggesting anyone intentionally test their tent this way — this was purely an accident — but I’m thankful I was in a well-built, reliable tent that helped keep me safe in a potentially dangerous situation..
