Unit was just put in and is working very well. I have it on high and it is still very quiet. Went with this larger BTU due to the size of my sunroom and due to the Florida Sun beating the daylights out of it. It is holding the temp at a comfortable level at nearly 100 degrees outside. Bought it for a 10 by 10 space and it kept the room UBER cold! My son would shut it off because the space would get so cold. I had the previous model and the door broke from opening to clean the filter. Therefore, it was nice to see they changed it to a pull out feature to clean the filter, which is better.
