Unit came equipped with faulty power cord. The ground prong was missing. Unbelievable. I have contacted Wayfair and request to manufacturer has been submitted so I’ll see what kind of resolution I get and will report back. It is incomprehensible to me how this could happen..unreal. See photo.

Nice AC! I havent tried the heating portion yet, but the Air conditioning works great. And it isnt as loud as most are which is nice! It is pretty hard to install with only one person, due to the larger size, so I recommend two people.

It keeps my room temperature very comfortable, I can set it to heat or cool and the temperature I want. I also love how quiet it is, you barely even know it’s on because it did so quiet. The remote make it convenient for when you are in nee and want to cut it off, plus the wifi is nice, because you can control the temperature right off your phone while not home. Would definitely recommend.
