This is the first bidet I've ever used. It was pretty easy to install, toilets are never really fun. I usually have problems with toilets clogging on me, but I have yet to encounter that issue with this toilet. The only minor issues I've noticed are the following: After I use the wash function, then hit the air dryer button, it flushes the toilet, and while it's flushing and refilling the bowl, it can splash you while it's drying. I have been just patting dry with toilet paper instead of using the air dryer, as I don't feel like sitting there forever waiting to dry. I also wish you could adjust the auto lid function. We have a small bathroom, so it triggers a lot. I feel like this toilet was well worth the money, I think I paid around $600 for it. I had to get a handyman to install the Flex Non Electric Toilet because of the mounting plate on the floor it was different then the old one but he made it work, we wasn’t able to find the shut off valve that was the same as the hose that was included so we went with 38 hose that we had, our condo unit is old so installing took about 2 hours. I love the toilet, flushes fast fill quickly, the best part is the NO SLAM SEAT AND 2 FLUSH BUTTONS at the bottom foot level on the side upfront and one near the top level right side looks easy to keep clean.
