This is a great carport. The directions for the canvas part was a bit hard to decipher, but otherwise the directions were pretty good. Unwrapping plastic from each roof panel was a bit of a pain, but if you do it on a sunny day outside, the panels will get warm and the plastic will be easier to remove. We just had 3 or 4 of us at a time unwrapping them. I am optimistic that it will last a long time. Highly recommended this product! Well after working on it for a number of days I am still impressed however. The assembly requires some skill. Especially lining up the metal roofing. Very easy to go off track and have it skew. I finally got so frustrated I called a good friend that was also a retired metal worker. I was very glad to have his help. Well the original order came in a timely manner and had the wrong center base connectors to assemble it reach out to customer service and they requested they requested corrected parts was told couldnt be shipped so they sent me whole replacement received replacement one box at a time FedEx was awful have assemble the new one and am very disappointed it leaks at all the seems and screws since it doesnt keep items dry its a waste of money.. After spending a substantial amount of time reading reviews and product ratings for several 40 gallon gas water heaters, I selected this unit which was on sale for a competitive price. All my appliances are the GE brand and have been very reliable over time. Most big box brands only come with a 6-year tank warranty although upgradeable at an extra charge.
