Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Faucet is gorgeous! Its handle provides a nice contrast and all together the faucet complements my dynamic countertop. This faucet was a replacement for an older one that had lost water pressure. Issue now resolved and even better with "Power Boost " feature. Love the motion control, very responsive. Also works with Alexa. I wasn't sure that it would work given the negative reviews regarding voice activation with Alexa app but it has been working well so far. Installation was easy. I wish the faucet's swivel wasn't restricted to 100 degrees rotation. The kitchen sink is a standard double bowl and the faucet's reach positions perfectly over the smaller bowl's drain but not so over the large bowl, however I was able to rotate the base a bit to correct but it makes the faucet appear slight off center. Good thing I don't have OCD. The secure docking and retraction of the pull down hose works ok but maybe the hose could've been a little longer or the weight heavier for a more brisk retraction and docking. No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really enjoying the Samsung Bespoke Slide-in Range so far. The no-preheat air frying feature is a huge time saver, and the two larger front burners make cooking with bigger pots and pans incredibly convenient. It feels thoughtfully designed for people who cook often. One of my favorite features is the bread proofing mode — it works amazingly well for fermentation and even yogurt making. That said, I do wish the oven light had an auto shut-off timer after a few minutes, as that would have been a helpful addition. I also have used heavy cast iron pans and hexclad cookware on this stove and they have not made a scratch on the glass this shows the stovetop is pretty scratch resistant and be that way for a long time.. It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority.
