[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This Lotus Multi-Function Cooker and Dutch oven is a beast of a kitchen tool. It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. Thomson Paper has a clock face made of an unique design paper called Mermaid, named after the ripples of the sea, the home of the mermaid. Gentle, pleasant, and with superb choice of color, designer Yuichi Nara creates a three-dimensional numbers on the Thomson Paper's clock face using the iconic Thomson die-cutting machine, used to manufacture puzzles. The edges of the number outlines stamped out are naturally rounded like a tensed water surface and drop soft shadows into the spaces stamped out. Part of the Lemnos Plywood core collection.

I gulped a little bit before dropping $170 on a wall clock, but the blue color was just what we were looking for to pick up the same tone as our kitchen island. I also liked the 3D "carving" of the numerals into the paper clock face. Once arrived and on the wall, it hits all the right things and looks great. We are very happy with it.
