[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This Lotus Multi-Function Cooker and Dutch oven is a beast of a kitchen tool. It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. I have used this twice a week for about 7 months now. The Rissoto function works very well for Risotto and any sauté then cook recipe. I love this pressure cooker pot so much. I had my first one since 2006 and my baby mess up one of the part on the lid when I laid it on the table after cleaning it, and from that day it never worked 100 % so I got me this new one as a Christmas gift. They served forever if handled with care. So after after 14 years am just replacing it. These new ones are a bit thinner steel though.
