It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. I have not used yet but will I love this cast iron frying pan. it is 10 inches non stick. i made breakfast with it cooking bacon none of it stuck. really heavy and cleans up well. I put it in the oven which was still warm let it dry and then put thin coat of oil so no rust happens. I didnt give it 5 stars they make the new pans with rough cooking area but I still love the pan.
