Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)

They heat up quick when you need it and the barely there simmer level is really good. They cool fast as expected from induction, really easy to clean up messes.
