I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. This Trinsic rough-in kit may be installed prior to choosing the specific trim and finish. Allows for construction or a renovation project to proceed without delays when narrowing down a design style. The Trinsic trim kit is sold separately and is required to complete the unit.
