Ordered this kitchen faucet in their very nice brushed nickel finish. It has a very sleek look and seems well constructed, although the curved “spout” doesn’t seem like it’s very thick metal and I don’t feel it matches the look of the curve and height in their photo. The base and handle are heavy duty, the sprayer is plastic, but blends nicely with the metal and doesn't stand out. The pull down hose is black. The three hole cover plate included was needed for my installation, which was nice. Arrived quickly, packaged well and was easy to install. I bought 3 of these but have only installed one so far. I love the novelty of the design, and have used it turned upright as a drinking fountain, and to rinse out my eye when I got some sand in it. Very handy. My husband will also really like it for the spray option, and the height and adjustability for a quick hair wash in the sink. My one complaint is that the on-off handle is so stiff, it's almost impossible to turn it on at any volume other than full blast. You have to work so hard to push the lever, then it just goes to total on, nothing in between. I'm hoping the other 2 won't be so stiff, and if not, maybe there is something that can be adjusted on this one. They are a great price and overall good quality. It was in two boxes and seller sent me damaged item knowingly, because outer box wasn’t damaged and only inner box was damaged and outer box has brand on it! Very bad experience I wish I didn’t waste my time waiting and getting broken . The fact that they sent me obviously broken one is upsetting.
