I should have looked more thoroughly at the specs before purchasing. The adjustable pole is not long. It limits the kind of chair you can use. The full body massage chair is not exactly what we expected. It seems to be larger than needed for us. I have tried laying it flat on the bed. I have a bad back so didn’t really want to use it on the floor. The controller and instructions are confusing. You basically have to just play with it until you figure out what is good for you. I tried it on a bed, the top part does slip. I am not sure if it would be better on a chair or a recliner. I plan on trying that soon. When you first lay on it (off) it is hard. You feel all the balls in it. So be sure to position it where you want the massagers. They may be to powerful for some. It’s not bad and I will try on a chair soon. So far, it worked fine. These shampoo chairs are nice but a little short leg rests are too short tall people not comfortable. Very loud when you put leg recliner down . Other than that pretty nice for the price. I purchased them about a year ago and one of the hoses already busted on the rubber part.
