Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. I like the efficiency and endless supply of hot water. Like other hot water products the only negative is waiting for the water line to clear of cold water to clear before getting hot water. This happens for any system unless a homeowner adds a recirculation pump with a timer etc. Those additions with the extra cost are to me not worth it. This means that when you turn the power back on, the transformer will retain and restore your previous setting instead of resetting it. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority.
